Prior to joining Keybridge, Mark was a principal of his own consulting firm, Beacon Asset Finance Corporation and was a founding partner in Sturt Capital Partners. Prior to Beacon, Mark was an Executive Director at Allco Finance Group for 20 years and, over the last five years at Allco, was the Global Head of Rail, with responsibility for the group’s rail operating leasing operations and investments in Australia, the United States and Europe.
Over a 35 year career in the finance and equipment leasing industry, Mark has obtained considerable asset finance, leasing and project finance experience (including public-private partnerships) across a range of asset classes including rail (passenger, freight and light rail), aviation, shipping, transport infrastructure, energy, mining and general plant and equipment.
Prior to Allco, Mark’s career developed at several financial institutions practicing in the investment banking, leasing and asset finance markets both in Australia and internationally. |
