Keybridge Capital Limited(the Company) is bound by the National Privacy Principles (Principles) contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. The Principles are designed to protect the confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way personal information is managed.

In summary, the Principles define 'personal information' as information or an opinion relating to an individual which can be used to identify that individual.

The Company is not bound by the Principles in relation to the Company’s treatment of an employee record, if the treatment is directly related to the current or former employment relationship between the Company and the employee.

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to not misusing any personal information we have collected on you.

We collect personal information in conducting our business, including for the following reasons:

What Information We Collect

Examples of the type of personal information we may collect includes but is not limited to information about shareholders, interested parties, suppliers, employees, job applicants or contractors. Such information will include name, address, contact details, tax file number and details of security held in the Company. This information is usually obtained from relevant individuals, or in relation to shareholders the organisation appointed by the Company as its share registrar, Link Market Services Limited.

Periodically we may ask you for information voluntarily (for example, through a survey) so we can improve our relationship and service to you.

How We Use Your Personal Information

In general, the Company uses personal information for the following purposes:

Arrow Right to communicate;
Arrow Right to meet legal obligations; and
Arrow Right to provide ongoing information about the Company and other products and services to people that the Company believes may be interested.

The Company uses the personal information it collects about its shareholders to fulfil its legal obligations and to keep its shareholders informed of the Company’s progress and any products and services that it believes may be of interest.

You may access any personal information the Company holds about you and advise of any perceived inaccuracy by phoning or writing to us. However, there may be some legal or administrative reason why access is denied or amendment refused. If this is so, we will provide you with the reason why.
