Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Directors determined to declare a final dividend for the financial year to 30 June 2018. Keybridge's DRP did not apply to that dividend.
Participation in the DRP is entirely voluntary, shareholders can join, withdraw or vary their participation at any time. The number of DRP shares received is calculated by multiplying participating shares held at the record date by the relevant dividend, deducting any withholding tax, and dividing by the DRP issue price (an average market price under the DRP rules).
